Inclusive Stakeholder Alliance

To increase the opportunities across the county Debbie Garroway - Deputy Principal of Chelmsford College and Joanne Giles Local Skills Improvement Plan Director have agreed to co-Chair the Inclusive Stakeholder alliance meetings.

The Inclusive Stakeholder Alliance aims to improve inclusive employment initiatives by bringing together key stakeholders and create a network of inclusive champions.

Our focus is to ensure all individuals, especially those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, have equal access to employment opportunities. Our goal is to create a supportive ecosystem that drives transformation and change by

✓ Fostering inclusive strategies

✓ Supporting employers with practical resources

✓ Engaging a diverse range of stakeholders

✓ Monitoring progress towards inclusivity

✓ Recognising and rewarding inclusive practices
