County Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data
It is imperative that colleges respond to the evolving provision requirements for the county. We have begun submitting sector-based ILR data, which includes:
• Study programmes
• Apprenticeships
• Adult skills
• Essex residents who learned within the county
• Essex residents who learned outside the county
• Non-residents who learned within the county
FEDEC has agreed to formally respond to this data, identifying the new provisions they will offer based on the findings. This will enable us to conduct a gap analysis and determine any additional needs required, in alignment with the LSIP.• Apprenticeships
• Adult skills
• Essex residents who learned within the county
• Essex residents who learned outside the county
• Non-residents who learned within the county
We are currently working on a project to ensure we have the skills within the county to retrofit buildings in collaboration with Essex Render, Essex County Council, and the Federation of Essex Colleges. This initiative aims to improve energy efficiency and sustainability across the county. By leveraging Essex Render's expertise and ensuring that the skills provided by our colleges are appropriate for the retrofit demand, we plan to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our retrofitting efforts. This will ensure that buildings meet modern standards and contribute to a greener future.
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a key priority in the Essex LSIP and ensuring that employers maximise the opportunities available to them is important. Help is at hand!
