Teacher recruitment is one of the priorities listed within the LSIP and LSIF. Initiatives to support an increase in awareness and attraction are key aspects of the work that is required to address some of the challenges the industry is experiencing. To support this some Land Based Education Recruitment Videos, have been created by Grit Pictures.

They have been placed on the Landex Vimeo site but can be accessed by anyone with the link and downloaded for your use.

The next stage of this project is the creation of a number of social media ready videos that are shorter than these versions and that focus on a number of sector areas. There will be versions targeted at Learners and Educators.

The Landex Board have agreed to fund these social media ready videos and we have already begun work on them.  These will be circulated in mid-June and be available for use by all Landex members.
